Refund returns and Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Delivery: We deliver within 7 to 10 working days anywhere in India.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders over Rs. 499. 
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be available over email and SMS, after the order is shipped.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy

Return Policy: We provide a 30-day return policy for unused and unworn items, no questions asked. Bezella reserves the right to refunds after checking the returned items. If you purchase a product from anywhere other than the Bezella Website, Bezella Etsy Store or Bezella eBay Store, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns. 

In return orders, if any item is missing, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, Bezella has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to our promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts. 

Refund Policy: If you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated after we receive the product back in our warehouse. 

Replacement & Exchange: Replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements can be availed. The conditions applicable to returns shall also apply here. The replacement will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered. 

Return Process: A return request can be initiated from our website or you can reach out to our Customer Support team, to understand the process. Once you have booked the return request. Please be available for the reverse pick-up if you have booked the return request and also answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or absent to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase. 

In a rare event if you receive the parcel empty or a product is missing, kindly reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your request further. Your claim may not be honored if there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet. In all such cases, Bezella reserves the right to take the final decision.
