Will stone color get discolored?
You can buy our colour stoned jewellery with assurance that the colours will not fade with day to day use. Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals and the stones in your jewellery will stay good as new!
Can I please have the pictures of the products?
We provide high-quality images of each product on a white background, colored/fancy background, and worn by a real model, along with a 360-degree video on our website and third-party platforms. If you need additional pictures, feel free to contact our team with the product details, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
What metal is my jewellery?
All jewellery at Bezella is crafted from 92.5 sterling silver. We offer two categories of stone-set jewellery: CZ (Cubic Zirconia) and semi-precious and precious gemstones. For a complete list of the gemstones featured in our collection, please visit our website.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
It takes up to 48 hours to dispatch your order once it is confirmed. After being dispatched, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days. You will keep receiving updates on the status of your order on your registered phone number or email.

How do I cancel my order when it has already been shipped?

To cancel a shipped order:
Please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us.
If the order was prepaid, we will initiate the refund once you have refused the delivery.

How do I return the product?

To return the product:
Write to us at care@bezella.in if you wish to return the product.
Please attach the product images and a 360 degree unboxing video with the message.
After QC, A reverse pick will be arranged for you from our side thereafter.
Reverse pick up takes about 72 hours and once it is done, your refund will be initiated.
Note: It may take 6-7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Is speed delivery available at Bezella?
We mostly air-ship our orders, but you still need expedited shipping. Reach out to us at care@bezella.in and will try our best to ship the order as early as we can.
I am currently out of station. Is it possible to receive the order when I come back?
If your order is not yet shipped, we can hold on to your order. Please send us a reminder on when you would like us to ship it and we will move accordingly. Otherwise, if the order is already in transit, we will request the shipping partner to hold it for you for a few days and reattempt delivery, however, please note this is not an assured service. Alternatively, you can ask your neighbour/security to keep the parcel on your behalf.
Can I pay online when a parcel arrives as COD?
Most of our shipping partners offer to collect COD payment via GPay/PhonePe/Paytm - so you can request the delivery person to receive the payment via UPI. However, this is not an assured service.
